5 tips for weight loss

1. Eat plenty of fruit and veg


 Fruit and veg are low in calories and fat, and high in fibre – 3 essential ingredients for successful   weight loss. They also contain plenty of vitamins and minerals.

2. Drink plenty of water


Drinking water helps boost your metabolism, cleanse your body of waste, and acts as an appetite suppressant. Also, drinking more water helps your body stop retaining water, leading you to drop those extra pounds of water weight.

3. Cut down on alcohol


A standard glass of wine can contain as many calories as a piece of chocolate. 
Over time, drinking too much can easily contribute to weight gain.

4. Exercise wisely


 Exercising at any time is good for you. But evening activity may be particularly beneficial .  Thirty minutes of aerobic activity before dinner increases your metabolic rate and may keep it 
elevated for another two or three hours, even after you've stopped moving.

5.Reduce sugar intake


 Give it up completely, at least try to gradually reduce it. Sugar is not just high in 
empty calories but also slows down your metabolism as per latest researches. It leads to obesity and heart-related issues.
